• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM

• South Seas charges a registration/parking fee of $100 at check in. Each additional car will also pay $100, one time for the full stay

• $70+ tax covers up to $3000 of accidental damage protecting the property owner and the tenant

• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay

• There is a departure cleaning fee and fee if paying by card

• No pets allowed, no smoking, no events allowed

• Children are welcome

• Government issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check in

• Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
