Enjoy 1100 sq feet of inside air-conditioned space with water views from the living room, kitchen, dining area and both bedrooms. The Living room has sliding doors to a wrap-around lanai, wall of west facing windows with leather sofa, loveseat and flat screen TV. The Kitchen has granite counters, plenty of cabinet space and is fully equipped for everyday cooking. The Primary bedroom has king bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, private ensuite bath with double sinks and step in shower. The Guest bedroom has a queen and twin beds. Sliding glass doors from both bedrooms provide access to the lanai and a beautiful view of the Gulf. Beach equipment includes sand chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Relax on the patio around a table with 4 lanai chairs, or in 2 lounges.

The building includes use of a heated pool, exercise room, covered parking and BBQ grills. Laundry facilities on each floor for a nominal fee. There are tennis, shuffleboard and 12 pickleball courts, boating access nearby. Stroll along the paved walkway to Clam Bay and enjoy the views and boating activity. The South Seas Complex is adjacent to Tigertail Beach which offers beach rentals.
